βThe excel is so useful because all I need to do is to follow the exercises. For someone who is inexperienced and frankly doesnβt have time to plan my own workouts for muscle-building, I can focus on just doing the work. The process becomes simpler. And it was almost like a game where I needed to complete 3 sessions per week if not my excel will be empty. I fully trust Kah and his expertise in the area. I then get to follow the regime that automatically works out the weights and reps Iβve got to do.
