Abs Workout

Here is my Abs workout series with different levels of difficulty!

For those who need a quick abs workout, be it as a full workout or a finisher to your main workout, check out this easy-to-follow (with timer) workout!

 

[Beginner] Particularly love Tabata as it forces you to keep moving with fixed rest times! Also, you can pace yourself according to your fitness level - if you're fitter, do faster!

[Intermediate Level 2] Do 20 reps of 5 exercises and eliminate or "dissipate" each exercise for every set until complete. These exercises are selected to target the most part of your core.

[Intermediate] I have been doing this workout for the past 2 years to build my abs. Super simple - just 3 exercises for 4 sets, but very effective. .
